Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Because many items are handmade, please allow extra time for creation and packaging. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume, but I do my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
